Commencing his career over 35 years ago as a Stock and Station Agent, Justin has built an enviable track record in residential sales, commercial sales, city sales, and auctioneering. During his seven years with a large city agency, Justin acted for a number of large institutions selling commercial, retail and industrial property, and personally auctioned up to 7000 properties as one of Sydney’s leading auctioneers.
In 1998, Justin founded his first agency in Cammeray with his wife Sally which they built up to what was considered an institution in the local area. They sold their much loved business in February 2018. Re-emerging as Justin Ferguson, the new agency has been created to provide a premium service to the Lower North Shore precinct. Justin is committed to providing a truly one-on-one experience as a trusted, experienced, and down-to-earth agent with a proven track record and has established many diverse relationships within the local community.
Justin’s local knowledge is unparalleled. He knows every street in the local area and understands the considerable differences between each little pocket. He believes he has sold more local properties than any other agent in Cammeray and has in fact sold several properties five or six times over. He has a long association with local schools, and was the North Shore Divisional Manager for the REI for many years.
